Who do you work with?I work with the busy millennial woman on how to live a healthy life, enjoy their pizza, gain confidence in themselves, and know they can do hard things! I work with women who are tired of beating themselves up for not being perfect, want to have a positive relationship with their bodies and food, are tired of trying new workouts and diets that don't work. They are wanting to make change that lasts!

What is a health coach? How did you become a certified health coach?A health coach is a coach who empowers people in their journey to live healthier lives. Health coaches encourages people in taking small steps to create lasting changes. I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become certified as a health coach! I've been coaching people since 2018 and love working with people to help them transform their life. How much does it cost to work with you?My prices vary based on the program you are interested in. My average coaching client starts at $345 a month. Book a call with me to find out more information!

What can I expect in working with you?Many times when we are working with health professionals, we get 5 minutes of their time to explain what is going wrong and to get a diagnosis. In health coaching, I will be doing more listening than talking. We will meet for 50 minutes and discuss what is going well and what is not working. We will work together on a plan and I will give you a few recommendations to work on each time we meet. Think of me as an accountability buddy with tips for your success!
